How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for non-prescription glasses. If you have selected prescription lenses, please allow an additional 2-3 days for lens crafting and fitting.

Can I return my glasses?

Yes! We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the glasses are in original condition, you can initiate a return from your account dashboard.

How do I enter my prescription?

When you select a frame, simply click on the "Add Power" option instead of "Frame Only". A form will instantly appear where you can enter your exact Right Eye (OD) and Left Eye (OS) details.

Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, currently Cash on Delivery is our primary supported payment method to ensure you can inspect your package safely upon arrival.
